The STAVKA decide not to tangle with their already stretched transport and supply capabilities and just let the matter lie. The Northwest is pulled off the line.

It goes back to the Destroyed Units Box.





The Southwest Front in Minsk and the OOS West Front both have a movement allowance of 3. If I understand correctly, the Southwest is released to northern sector command.

I need movement orders from Soviet sector commanders. The deadline for those is 4 PM GMT, Wednesday, November 20th.
